Leafs put the hurt on Wings, 4-1
Leo Komarov got things started for the Leafs in the 1st with a wrist shot goal. In the 2nd period, Tomas Tatar made a wrist shot goal to tie up the game, Xavier Ouellet and Brian Lashoff were on the assist. In the 3rd, the Leafs struck back when Tyler Bozak scored a goal with a backhand. The Leafs scored another goal when Peter Holland got a wrist shot against Jimmy Howard. And Bozak hammered in the coffin nail when he scored with a snap shot.
