Flint is about to get a taste of East Lansing, because the Michigan State University Dairy Store is coming to the Farmers' Market.

When it comes to ice cream in the Greater Lansing area, the MSU Dairy Store is a delicious juggernaut, so Flint is in for quite a treat, literally and figuratively.

The MSU Dairy Store Is Coming to Flint

The MSU Dairy Store is opening a location at the Flint Farmers' Market in 2027. The Flint Farmers' Market is a permanent, year-round market that has anywhere from 50 to 75 vendors at any one time throughout the year. Plus, the Flint Farmers' Market was established in 1905, so it's a pretty historic Farmers' Market to be part of.

Joining the Farmers' Market in 2027

Even though the MSU Dairy Store won't officially join the market until 2027, they had a special spot at the market on October 8 where MSU Dairy Store staff handed out free scoops of ice cream.
